Speed: 4G LTE throughout Buenos Aires, legitimate 30-50 Mbps. 5G exists but sparse.
Reliability: Personal rarely drops. All carriers throttle after data cap.
Coworking wifi: Reliable 50-100 Mbps at any coworking space. AreaTres in Palermo has gigabit.
International calls: WhatsApp calling works perfectly on LTE.
