Buenos Aires has four distinct seasons. Summers (Dec–Feb) are hot and humid with temps around 85°F. Winters (Jun–Aug) are mild — rarely below 40°F but damp and grey. Spring (Sep–Nov) and autumn (Mar–May) are the sweet spots: comfortable temps, less rain, and jacaranda-lined streets in October.
The city gets rain year-round but never monsoon-level. Pack layers and a light rain jacket regardless of season.
