The French-style bakery from chef Vasco Coelho Santos’s group, right next door to the famous Euskalduna Studio at Rua de Santo Ildefonso 426. Long-fermentation breads, pain au chocolat that takes 72 hours to make, and the cakes most of the other Porto cafés (Combi included) put in their pastry cases. Worth coming early — the croissants sell out by mid-morning. Limited seating, takeaway-leaning.
What to order
Pain au chocolat plus their sourdough loaf to take home. Stay for an espresso if there's room at the counter.
