Lisbon's OG cocktail bar that actually knows what it's doing. Dave, a British mixologist, has been running the show for 20 years and basically invented the local cocktail scene here. The menu is creative without being try-hard — currently Star Wars themed, which tracks — and they've got this genius format where you can grab tinned cocktails to go.
What to order
The Finders Keepers (gin, lemongrass, ginger, mint, lime) — they can it right in front of you, which is weirdly satisfying.
