The most interesting plant-based kitchen in northern Portugal. Chef Nuno Castro (Grupo do Avesso) treats vegetables as architecture rather than a side category — green curry with white chocolate, gazpacho with unexpected pairings, dishes built around the season's organic produce. Two locations: the original in Leça da Palmeira (Rua Santa Catarina 86) and a Time Out Market Porto stall at São Bento station. Even people who actively don't think they like vegetarian food walk out of here converted. Closed Wednesdays at the original location.

What to order

Three to four small plates between two people, ending with the white chocolate–green curry dessert. The sangria is worth it.
