Artisanal sourdough bakery on Rua da Constituição 661, opened January 2022 by baker Verónica Dias and partner António Lamas. They expanded into the building next door in March 2025 with a proper café — now you can drink Senzu Coffee Roasters specialty coffee while eating pain au chocolat with French butter. Slow fermentation, Açorean butter, the works. Closes by 5pm Mon-Fri, 2pm Saturday — or whenever they sell out.
What to order
Pain au chocolat at the café, plus a sourdough loaf or focaccia to take home. The cruffins go fast.
