Top floor of the Via Catarina shopping mall on Rua de Santa Catarina — Piso 3, the busiest of the three NACO locations because of mall foot traffic and the longest hours (10am-9pm, seven days a week, no exceptions). Walk-ins welcome, but the mid-afternoon mall surge means a 30-minute wait isn't unusual on weekends. Vivian is the technician people come back to — her chair has a cult following; Katherine and Maria also book up fast. The shopping-mall location is the trade-off: convenient if you're already on Santa Catarina shopping, charmless compared to the standalone Cedofeita branch. Heads up: non-Portuguese cards don't always work here — bring a backup card or cash.
