Tribe supplies hotels, restaurants, and smaller cafés across the city, which means you've probably been drinking their coffee without knowing it. The Woodstock café is the one worth seeking out deliberately: roastery-adjacent, unpretentious, and the right place to pick up a bag to take home. The beans rotate through Ethiopian, Brazilian, and Guatemalan single origins depending on season and supply.
