The Roundhouse is an 18th-century building perched above Camps Bay that's been a restaurant, a hunting lodge, and a cannon platform in its time — the kitchen that operates here now serves coastal foraged dishes with dramatic views down to the Atlantic. Chef Ryan Cole's menu is built around what the Western Cape coastline and fynbos produce in each season; the room is one of the more beautiful dining environments in the city.
