Fees: 20,000–75,000 IDR per withdrawal for foreign cards (some banks waive or lower them). Always choose to be charged in IDR (decline Dynamic Currency Conversion). Daily limits usually ~IDR 2–5 million.
Credit/Debit Cards: Visa & Mastercard widely accepted in tourist areas. Amex less so. Use for big purchases (hotels, tours) to earn points.
